The Medium model is essentially a Medium Rare model and Pizza Unit combo created by inserting a corner element between them, which is equipped with a professional gas grill and a built-in gas hob, as well as a super wood-fired pizza oven. An open wood storage keeps enough fuel constantly on hand around the oven to heat up in 30 minutes and cook a delicious pizza in 90 seconds. You can also use it to bake bread, other baked goods or even delicious meat dishes.
e product is based on a powder-coated 100% aluminium framework. It is equipped with doors and elements made of high quality 304 stainless steel. Weatherproof Thermowood shelves and side rails help ensure a practical and enjoyable grilling experience in all conditions.
