At Grillux, we understand that the delivery of your outdoor kitchen is more than simple logistics, it is the final step in realizing your outdoor kitchen. That is why we handle every delivery with the utmost care - personally by our team, without third parties, directly from our door to yours.

Delivery and Installation are included in our price if it takes place in an easily accessible environment. If this is different, for example through the house or through a staircase, a custom quote will be made.

Warranty

We give an exceptional 10 year warranty on the kitchen corpus.

The wooden shelves have a 2-year warranty. The appliances maintain the manufacturer's warranty.

The beginning of the warranty period is the date of the invoice and the guaranteed certificate.
According to the consumer protection enforcement, the manufacturer is obliged to change the faulty product if the failure is observed within 72 hours.
Claim for guarantee can be validated only with the joint presentation of the following documents:

1. A copy of the receipt or that of the invoice

2. The guaranteed certificate issued by our company

We cannot accept your claim for guarantee in case of partial or full lack of these documents.
